Ben Duckett

Northamptonshire CCC opening batsman Ben Duckett has always been a GM player and recently signed an extension to his contract with GM.

Following a prolific 2016 season, where he scored 2,706 runs across all formats and began the season by scoring a career-best 282 not out in the Specsavers County Championship match against Sussex at Wantage Road, he forced his way into England selection contention, winning a place in squad for the Tour of Bangladesh.

The Northamptonshire CCC opening batsman and new England recruit also topped a brilliant season by becoming the first man to win both the Reg Hayter Cup for NatWest PCA Players Player of the Year and the John Arlott Cup for NatWest PCA Young Player of the Year in the same season. Both awards were voted for by all current professional cricketers in England and Wales.

He currently has an ODI batting average of 41.00 having played 3 times for England against Bangladesh.
